This is one in a series of animations designed to help people understand and correctly complete Lasting Power of Attorney instructions. There are several common mistakes that people make when completing LPA forms, this animation helps people understand the form so they complete and return the forms without issue. This helped reduce the number of incorrect forms and follow up time required by Key Group. The animation style is simple and direct to make the instructions as clear as possible.
