North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust commissioned Hyperfine Media to produce videos to showcase the new High Potential Scheme for Health and Care. The videos were developed to promote scheme to the wider system, inspire individuals to enrol in the scheme, and encourage health and care professionals to take on leadership roles within the scheme. We developed a series of 12 videos, some focussed on the journeys of participants who had enrolled on the scheme, and others focussed on promoting the scheme’s leadership roles, to encourage senior leaders to consider applying for these roles. To ensure the videos were engaging, we combined interview footage with animation. You can read more about this project and our process in this detailed case study.
