Project Description
The NHS High Potential Scheme is designed to support NHS employees in reaching their leadership potential at every level of the organisation. It’s been designed by the NHS Leadership Academy in collaboration with several NHS Trusts and partnerships. We scripted and produced the initial animation following conversations with first trust to launch the scheme, and have since updated and repurposed the animation for other trusts as they have announced their own local versions. It’s a simple but effective animation that conveys the benefits of the scheme and the application process in under 3 minutes.
