Project Description
This interactive roadmap was designed to encourage Allied Health Professionals to think more strategically about career planning and to consider potential career directions in academia. The platform includes video interviews that we conducted with AHP leaders in academia, members of the student leadership programme and those who have benefitted from mentoring and coaching. We also created an introductory animation and built interactive infographics to reinforce the key skills required by AHPs in academia.
The platform is built using software that is both responsive (so it resizes according to your browser window) and adaptive (so it displays correctly on different devices). The final resource was very well received by the University of West England who are using it to encourage more people consider a career in this this branch of the AHP profession.
