Project Description
LEPH Link is a centralised and professional approach to public services which supports members of the public across a wide range of areas. It provides access on mobile devices to evidence-based information and a services directory for signposting further support. In this series of training videos, we introduced the concept and how it relates to the ‘Making Every Contact’ approach; we gave an overview of some of the situations where it might be useful; and we introduced and showcased key features from the app. The script was written in collaboration with Devon County Council, then we filmed a presenter in our offices, with animations and images added during the edit.
